RETURN AND REFUND

• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and return the item within 30 days. Items held longer than 7 days are considered used and are not eligible for refund or replacement. Return shipping costs are shared between buyer and seller.

• Returned items must be in their original packaging with all components and accessories included. Please provide the tracking number and reason for return along with your order number.

• Once we receive the returned item in original condition, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement. You may also request to cancel the order.

• If the item received is not as described, we will cover all return shipping costs.
